Focusing on Türkiye’s century-long journey in radio and television broadcasting history, this work presents a comprehensive chronology of the technological and cultural transformation that began in 1927 with Istanbul Radio, gained momentum in 1952 with ITU TV, Türkiye’s first television station and extends to modern digital platforms. Tracing the pioneering R&D studies carried out within ITU alongside the technical firsts that drove the broadcasting sector, the book blends this historical process with the musical heritage and memories of the "Erguner" family spanning three generations. Documenting the reflections of this artistic background in our radio and television history extending from Neyzen "Grandfather" Süleyman Erguner to "Grandson" Süleyman Erguner the work establishes the written archive of the technical heritage exhibited at the ITU Museum, serving as an interdisciplinary reference source for researchers, communication professionals, and music historians.
