In the rapidly evolving field of battery technologies, with a specific focus on electric vehicle projects, this study addresses the design and manufacturing processes of a solar car project from an applied perspective. Distinctively serving as our press's first student-authored book, the work details all engineering steps from cell selection to module design, and from electrical calculations to safety protocols through the experiences and technical challenges encountered by a real project team. Blending theoretical knowledge with practical field experience to convey complex processes in a clear, accessible language, the book both reflects the dynamics of solar car culture and serves as a guiding technical manual for students and engineers participating in similar projects.
