This work is the final project report prepared within the scope of the "Topkapı Palace Digital Tile Database Project," in which 46 historical tile fragments of unknown origin located in the storage of the Topkapı Palace Museum were examined using advanced scientific methods. Conducted by expert academics in their field, this archaeometric study performs body, slip, glaze, and pigment analyses of the tiles using modern techniques such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM-EDS) and Micro-Raman Spectrometry. In addition to known Iznik and Tekfur Palace productions, the research makes a significant contribution to the literature by identifying tiles thought to originate from Kütahya, Europe, and Tunisia within this collection for the first time.
