Drawing upon the dictionary meanings of the concept of dağarcık (repertoire/storehouse of knowledge) as a memory that accumulates knowledge and a rich repertoire of experience, this study brings together Nasuh Boztepe’s long-standing professional background with the theme of "Occupational Safety for Everyone." Serving as a refinement of the experiences the author gained during critical roles such as an inspector for the Ministry of Labor and the Head of the Istanbul Group, the work analyzes occupational safety in depth from the perspective of both the employee and the employer. Focusing on proactive approaches and preventative measures in preventing occupational accidents, the book offers concrete solution proposals across a wide spectrum ranging from regulatory flaws to implementation errors.
